users with guaranteed support performance from Terminal Cases including:
Retainer customers are issued an ID number. Any costs incurred will be charged back against your retainer, and we provide you with printouts showing your support activity. It's easy to set up and easy to use! Retainer contracts can be used for any sort of hardware or software service and support. |

| Hourly Service: | |
Terminal Cases is always happy to provide
hardware and software service and support on an hourly basis
if your service need is not covered by warranty, extended
warranty, or service contract. Support will be provided as
expeditiously as possible. Response times are not promised or
guaranteed. Time is billed in 30 minute increments.
• Our current hourly rates for service are as follows:* Minimum 1 hour Labor Charge for all calls |
