Retainer Service Contracts:
For a prepaid retainer amount, Terminal Cases Retainer Service Contracts provide personal and business users with guaranteed support performance from Terminal Cases including:

• Discounts as much as 20% on labor
• Fast Priority 8 business-hour response time for service work, in-store or on-site.
• Emergency 4 business-hour response time for service work available
• 4 business-hour telephone response
• Telephone support for select hardware and software applications
• Discounts on training for larger installations

Retainer customers are issued an ID number. Any costs incurred will be charged back against your retainer, and we provide you with printouts showing your support activity. It's easy to set up and easy to use! Retainer contracts can be used for any sort of hardware or software service and support.

Hourly Service:
Terminal Cases is always happy to provide hardware and software service and support on an hourly basis if your service need is not covered by warranty, extended warranty, or service contract. Support will be provided as expeditiously as possible. Response times are not promised or guaranteed. Time is billed in 30 minute increments.
• Our current hourly rates for service are as follows:
• Labor (on-site) $75.00 (Standalone systems & Lantastic Networks)*
• Labor (on-site) $75.00 (Novell & Microsoft Networks)*
• Travel Charges Free (Within 25 miles, otherwise $30.00/hr)
• Many common procedures have discounted Flat Rates. Please inquire.
* Minimum 1 hour Labor Charge for all calls
New Computer Value Added Service:
Terminal Cases Value Added Services goes much further than the factory warranty when you purchase a new computer system and provides:

• 90 day coverage for any shipping costs incurred if a product has to be returned.
• 90 day coverage to reinstall and configure operating system if required due to hardware failure*.
• 90 day coverage to reinstall application software if required due to hardware failure*.
• 90 day coverage to answer your operating system troubleshooting questions.
• 90 day coverage to answer your hardware questions.
• 8-business-hour response time for 90 days after system purchase.
• "QuickCall" (5 minute or less) support at no charge is always available.

*Does not include reinstallation due to user error, virus attack, or incompatible third party products installed after purchase
